What is a report?
A report is an object in Microsoft Access that is used to display and print your data in an organized manner.
You can view all of your report objects in the Navigation Pane. To do this, click on the Navigation Pane menu and select "All Access Objects" from the popup menu.
The Navigation Pane should now display all of the objects in the database including the reports.
In this example, we can see one report in the database called rptProducts.
