What is a report?
A report is an object in Microsoft Access that is used to display and print your data in an organized manner.
The Navigation Pane is where you can find all of the saved reports in the database. To view your reports, make sure that all objects are visible in the Navigation Pane. To do this, click on the Navigation Pane menu and select "Object Type" from the popup menu.
Click on the Navigation Pane menu one more time and select "All Access Objects" from the popup menu.
Now the Navigation Pane should display all of the tables, queries, forms, reports, and modules that are in your database.
You should now be able to see all of your report objects.
