Question: In Word 2010, how do I make text appear as if it was marked with a highlighter pen?
Answer:Select the text that you'd like to mark with a highlighter pen. Then select the Home tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then click on the arrow to the right of the Text Highlight Color button 
in the Font group. A popup window should appear. Select the color that you'd like your highlighter to be.
Now when you view your document, the text should appear as if it was marked with a highlighter.
