Answer:Let's look at an example.
In the spreadsheet below, we have subtotals for each OrderID, but we want to remove these.
Right click on the Order ID field in cell A2 and select "Field Settings" from the popup menu.
When the PivotTable Field window appears, select the None option and click on the OK button.
Now when you return to the spreadsheet, the subtotals for each OrderID are no longer visible.
