Steps to Hide Blanks in a Pivot Table
To hide blank values in a pivot table in Excel 2016, you will need to do the following steps:
-
First, identify the blank values in the pivot table that you wish to hide. In this example, we are going to hide all Order ID values that appear as
(blank)
in the pivot table. -
Click on the arrow to the right of the Order ID drop down box and un-select the checkbox next to the blank value. Then click on the OK button.
-
Now whenever the Order ID is blank, that data will not appear in the pivot table. It will be hidden.
