Using Combo Box Wizard
Next, you need to create the combo box object on your form in Access 2010.
Select the Design tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then click on the Combo Box button 
in the Controls group.
Click on the form where you'd like the combo box to appear.
The Combo Box Wizard will most likely appear.
Click on the Cancel button. We'll be configuring the combo box without the help of the wizard.
