Oracle/PLSQL: Decompose Function

In Oracle/PLSQL, the decompose function accepts a string and returns a Unicode string.

The syntax for the decompose function is:

decompose( string )

string is the string that will be decomposed.

decompose('é') would return 'e´'

decompose('olé') would return 'ole´'
