Question: In Microsoft Access 2003/XP/2000/97, I've created a query and I only want to display the unique values. How do I do this in Access?
Answer: Open your query in design view. Under the View menu, select Properties.
When the "Query Properties" window appears, set the "Unique Values" property to Yes.
This property is specific to the query that you are working on. So you will need to repeat the same steps on each query that you wish to display unique or distinct values.
