Question: In Microsoft Access 2003/XP/2000/97, I've created a database with a form in it. When I open the form, it's off to one side and part of the form does not show in the application window. How do I center on a form in the application screen so that all of the form is displayed?
Answer: By default, your form will open in the same position and it was last saved. You can set your form to open in the center of the application screen. This will make it easier to view and use.
To center your form in the application screen, open the form in design view. Under the View menu, select Properties.
When the Properties window appears, set the "Auto Center" property to "Yes".
Now when the form is opened, it will open centered in the application window.
